Christmas Countdown Day 4 - Baking Invention Begin errrr Continues?

Today was a fun day. A friend of mine gave me her recipe for eggnog cake. It felt like it was missing something... ok a few things so I started pulling out ingredients and got to work.

Needless to say,  it's a work in progress...

But it tastes ok, just not perfect. If you know me, then perfect is what I am going for. So tomorrow I'll get back to the drawing board.

However I did make some yummy no bake cookies, known by other names too.

I had a fun day hanging out with my neighbor and I have all the ingredients for another invention too... you'll see.  It's a surprise. 

For now... night night from me and my baking supervisors.
